Joey and Sonja Foster are college sweethearts with over 16 years of marriage and a passion for helping couples build love that lasts. Together, they’ve coached and mentored hundreds of couples, offering practical, real-time strategies for real-life relationships — never cookie-cutter advice.

As founders and Lead Pastors of The Fresh Church in Dania Beach, FL, they’ve spent more than a decade empowering people toward relational health, happiness, and wholeness. Their honesty, humor, and heartfelt wisdom have made them trusted voices for couples across all seasons of love.  Both  Joey  and  Sonja  holds  Masters  of  Divinity  Degree’s ,  Joey  from  South  Florida  Theological  Seminary  and  Sonja  from  Palm  Beach  Atlantic.  Their  formal  training ,  16  years  of  marriage  and  decade  of  Pastoring  has  positioned  them  to  be  trusted  voices  for  content  and  coaching.  

The Fosters are authors of two powerful relationship books: Relationship Goals: How to Pursue the Relationship You Really Want and Lovers and Friends: A Pathway to Developing Love That Lasts, both of which have become staples for couples seeking growth, connection, and lifelong love.

They also host the Marriage Forever Podcast, where they share unfiltered conversations and proven principles to help couples strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, and build marriages that lasts.

Joey and Sonja are proud parents to their two amazing kids, who are the heartbeats of their home. Family is their greatest joy and motivation for the work they do.
